I
created a few alternative keyboard layouts, since I wasn't happy with
QWERTY or Dvorak. One of the layouts was created by writing a
computer program to 'evolve' an efficient layout.

When living in residence during our last year of university, my friend Dennis and I played electronic table hockey a
lot. However, we seemed to spend most of
the time chasing down pucks that had escaped the rink. To solve
this
problem, I decided to put "glass" above the boards, since the board
we used didn't have any.
